Azua offers an intensive 12-week highly selective and extremely rigorous training program designed to forge elite tech developers. These programs combine the discipline of military training with cutting-edge technical challenges, pushing candidates to their limits. The goal is to transform developers into skilled problem-solvers and team players who can thrive in high-pressure environments.
Our online application process is simple and fast. We connect with university grads from tech backgrounds to be hired at Azua.
Once your application is accepted, you’ll be interviewed via phone or Zoom. Here, we’ll talk to you more in-depth about what skills you want to learn, the certifications you want, and your career goals.
Immerse yourself in our technology training program that will simulate an enterprise technology environment at top companies. This will prepare you to hit the ground running at one of our world class clients after you complete your training.
After you’ve successfully completed training, you’ll be assigned to a client and begin working on leading-edge technologies for one of the most innovative companies in the world.
The projects you'll work on are not theoretical. They are enterprise-level projects that have applications in real-world business and technology. As you learn and build your skills, you're gaining actual industry experience. You'll also get essential communication, teamwork and leadership training.

You’ll have a conversation with a member of your particular training cohort.
From day one, every Azuan gets the opportunity to select their own external coach. These trained professionals are there to support you in your journey with us, implementing your personal development plan, gathering and responding to feedback, and setting targets aligned with your individual aspirations. Personal coaching are carried out on an ongoing basis (~every 2 weeks).
We’ll present you to our partner company for final interview.
