Azua's Elite Tech Training Program

Azua offers an intensive 12-week highly selective and extremely rigorous training program designed to forge elite tech developers. These programs combine the discipline of military training with cutting-edge technical challenges, pushing candidates to their limits. The goal is to transform developers into skilled problem-solvers and team players who can thrive in high-pressure environments.

How We Hire

The interview process at Azua varies based on role and candidate, but our standard process looks like this:

Step 1

Resume

Submit your resume via our website.

Step 2

Exploratory chat

You’ll have a chat with one of our staff to discuss your career interests and relevant experience, and learn more about Azua and its partner companies.

Step 3

Skills Assessment

  • For the technical roles, you’ll have a one-hour technical screening interview.
  • For technical operations, you’ll get a take-home assignment. These typically involve writing responses to several role-relevant questions; they may occasionally require some outside research. Assignments usually take between 2-5 hours, depending on the role.
  • We include this to minimize bias and make well-informed hiring decisions. We think seeing a candidate’s work helps us assess how they might actually perform on the job; similarly, the assignment gives candidates a better idea of what their work at partner companies might entail. If a candidate likes working through their take-home, that is one indicator that they would enjoy taking on the role, and vice versa.

You’ll have a conversation with a member of your particular training cohort.

Step 5

Personal Coaching

From day one, every Azuan gets the opportunity to select their own external coach. These trained professionals are there to support you in your journey with us, implementing your personal development plan, gathering and responding to feedback, and setting targets aligned with your individual aspirations. Personal coaching are carried out on an ongoing basis (~every 2 weeks).

Step 6

Training

  • You’ll have a 12-week training program. It will teach you the technology tools your future job uses.
  • You’ll also learn how to solve problems and improve your communication and leadership skills.

Step 7

Final Checks

We’ll present you to our partner company for final interview.

Step 8

Offer

We’ll make you an offer!
